However, Ace Utilities has the ability to uninstall the applications found in the Windows add/remove list.

Ace Utilities offers five types of scans to locate and remedy your specific areas of concern and an all-in-one wizard to scan the entire system. It does an adequate job identifying potential problems. The software includes a built-in ignore list designed to protect important registry entries. You may add your own items to this list. After performing a registry scan, Ace Utilities lists the location, specific data and reason for each error encountered. The five specific scans allow you to focus on particular suspected problem areas. This software lacks the ability to rate the severity of each error, though. Therefore, it is difficult to make an informed choice regarding which errors to fix and which to delete.

Ace Utilities has one of the easiest and simple setups to navigate. All of the features and tools are well organized, which makes it easy for novice users to operate. However, there are enough customization features for advanced users to get the most out of this software. An all-in-one wizard runs the scans. We had very few questions about how things worked and found that anyone will be able to use this software.

Ace Utilities did not meet our full expectations for the help and support options available. The company provides very little on the Ace Utilities website in terms of additional help. There is a small FAQs section that provides basic information. There is also a general forum that could provide a little information, but you will have to search hard to find any answers. If you want to reach a representative, email support is the only option available. There is no telephone or live chat option.
